Cleaning paint from a Tamagotchi...

I have a V1 Tamagotchi that I painted with gold paint. Unsure if it was fabric paint or not, but it's definitely not watercolor paint.

Now I regret that I've painted it and I was wondering if anybody here knew anything about washing it off. If so, I'd love to have some pointers. It's going to be a tough job removing the paint anyway.

Have you considered tooth polish with an electric toothbrush?
