I don't think so? Maybe if they are expirenced...that would be unfair though. So I think you have to be a TamaGuide.

As Bubba28 said - only Admin and TamaTalk Guides can close a topic.
Members cannot do this.
You can, however, change the words (edit) in your own posts if you wish (but not the posts of other members).
This may be because you spot a spelling mistake or something similar - or maybe because you regret posting a comment and wish to change it and apologise.
