Codes arent working

I played the movie but the code for the poster didnt work. I tryed reentering my tama's name, and then reentered the movie password but it still didnt work. Anyone else having the same problem?

I tryed logging in today with my new tama and all opf the codes worked. Then when I tryed logging in again with my old tama the codes didnt work. I replayed the movie, but it just gave me a diferent code that still didnt work. Is this happening to anyone else?

My brother entered his username and he tried all the codes that he found and he couldn't get it to work.It kept saying Error.

you use the username not the tamas name

I am having a difficut time too.. Where do i get the username from.. when I look on mine there is nothing listed.. do I need to reset it and start over?
