Codes for Tamagotchi ID L?

I got my Tamagotchi ID L in the mail yesterday, and so far, I have not found any way to use codes. Is there possible to use passwords in this tamagotchi? I know there is in the ID...

Well, my tama is a teenager now, and it have already gotten a little boring, because I don't know what to do

No? I don't think there is a place for codes. I think the download stuff would be a good thing to look into... Fun part is finding an IR compatible thing to transfer the download stuff with.
