Connection Error

I can't connect to another tama! Does anyone know how to fix this?

Okay if you wanna connect to a V3 you go to the heart icon and select V3...but if it is a V2 or V1 you wanna connect to you must select other.

u hafta select the right version before u connect.

If your connecting with a new friend then you friend list may be full ( maximum~50 friends)

i've had connection errors, but not like that. my friend pulled hers away too quicklly and hers had a baby and mine didn't

if you're connecting in the sun, stop. i heard that that makes problems with connecting.

I can't connect my two Tamas too...they're both V3...do they have to be the same age to connect? Even if they would just be friends?

Connect in the shade.The sunlight beams through the middle of the Infrared pieces and breaks the connection.
