Umm.. I have a trial pair of contacts for right now and I just can't get them out or in my eye

How to put them in: Hold your eye open with one hand and have the other hand with the index finger have the contact and carefully put it in.

How to take them out: Hold your eye open take the hand with the index finger and slide it down carefully.

P.S. I asked my older sister for the info because she wears them too.

This is good information. It will be easier if you are looking into a mirror while you are first doing it.

Remember to clean your contacts regularly!

Be careful while putting your contacts in, and remember to open your eyelids wide to get them in easily.

Keep your hands clean, and your contacts too.

I agree, looking in the mirror is a good idea.

And if you need help, ask your parent's for some tips.
