Delayed aging on v4.5

Ok, so I have two v4.5 tamas that were started at the same time. Both are UraTogetchi. Yet they aren't aging right away like they should be. They should be 6 years old, but the screen says 5. And it's annoying me, because that means the matchmaker (aka Mrs. Busybody) won't show up. Please help.

You didn't pause it,right?If so,you have to wait a few hours since it hasn't been a day yet.(Like If you set it to 1:59,and waited a minute,it wouldn't count as an hour since it was only a minute)

I did pause it, but only before I took a shower. That's it.

Once it's paused the growth will be delayed. The tamagotchi ages after a full 24HR period without being paused. Putting it to sleep (setting the time to a late time such as 9 or 10pm) is a better choice because then it still grows.
