Dialga or Palkia?

Okay, who's better ,Dialga or Palkia? I think Dialga's better because of his good defense and special defense plus the fact he has 11 resistances. But Palkia's almost as good because of his speed and special attack. TTers, you choose!

I like Palkia. I have a LV. 100 one in my Pearl version. And it can use a ground type move to own Dialga, since ground beats steel.
