Difference between Memetchi TamaTown Figures?

What's the difference between

this one and this one? [besides the fact that one is winking...]

The only Memetchi figure I have came with the Tama-Go and only has the game "Cradles" (which I suck deeply at). I'm looking to get another one.

The winking one has a shop, games (panel match and hit a note) and items! The shop is a clothing shop and you can dress up your tamas. I have it.

Yeah. But the clothes don't stay on. It just shows a cute animation then they take the clothes off.

Yea, the ones that come with the TMGO only contain a game.... I find that annoying I have the Memetchi figure that has the clothing shop, it's soo much fun to dress my tama in cute little clothes!!!!!
