Do I have a real one or not?

Yesterday I bought what was a V3 Tamagotchi? But I was looking at the TAMAGOTCHI CONNECTIONS VERSION 3 PICTURES and at the top of them it says "Tamagotchi" and under it said Connections. On the one I bought from WalMart does not say Connections under it..

Um, yeah, I think that maybe it might be a fake, because Walmart is known for not selling tamagotchis. Last time I checked, anyways.

You should go to K.B. Toys or ToysRUs...

My V3 says only Tamagotchi on the front, too. The way to tell if it's a real is to see if you can bring something back from TamaTown and put it into your V3. I've never seen a fake one where the passwords worked.

Are you sure you have a Connection? Maybe it's a Connexion. What did the packaging look like?

I have the Zebra-Striped Tamagotchi.

I bought it from Wal-Mart.

The passwords from TamaTown Work.

It does not have connections written under Tamagotchi.

I have seen one just like mine on an internet toy shop.

The Instructions that came with the Tamagotchi have the Bandi logo and copyright printed on them.

I have a strong feeling that my Tamagotchi is real, and I think yours is too.

I was in a toy store today and saw a large display of Tamagotchi Connection V3. About half of the designs had "Tamagotchi Connection" on them; half had just "Tamagotchi". The packaging was the same for both.

Maybe they have random "Logos" to them, I have seen many, Many connexions in the UK with Connection on them, My friend got a U.S Tama v.2 before they came out, In American packaging, With connexion on it.

6 designs connexions

These are the 1st six designs of connexions so far. Notice that we have a 'cow' instead of a zebra , 'surf' instead of bubbles, and the tropical flower one has purple buttons instead of yellow. All of them just say Tamagotchi.

I'd suggest not going to KB Toys, my sister got a v2 there and the battery died in 2 days. The characters and designs and all that were the same.

Walmart does sell the real tamagotchis.I got my v2 tamagotchi from walmart.I got my v3 from KBToys though. <_<
