Hi. I have a seeing eye dog in training. She is a 6-month-old female golden retriever named Brandi and she's a psycho. Whenever she goes outside and gets off the leash she darts off to our neighbor's yard. whenever you approach her while she's out there, she darts away. How can I get her to stop that? PS: Seeing Eye dogs can not have electric fences and I don't want to give her up.
