Earthquakes!

So, I'm putting this here because this is, indeed, a serious subject.

Has anyone been experiencing or been in any major Earthquakes? I felt the need to post this, because Christchurch has just had a major 5.8 aftershock of February's killer one that left 181 dead.

There has been 1 report of minor injury, but there's more to come.

I live in Christchurch, and so far have experienced four big ones, in September last year, February this year, June this year, and today. It's very annoying and disturbing. It's just a pain really, and it's ridiculous how after a whole year we are still having aftershocks.

yeah.. currently i am texting 2 people from christchurch. One of them is so freaked she cant sleep! I'm going there on boxing day (hopefully) so i hpe to see whatt its REALLY like. i went there last school holidays, and most of the houses in the suburb where my grandma lives, are WRECKED!

I've never been in an earthquake before. But I live in a prime spot where an earthquake is due.

I was in Christchurch a few days ago on holiday and whatnot.

Getting woken up by violent shaking is not fun.
