elementary school?

My tama has turned into a teen, and when I got on tamatown, and try to go to the elementary school, it says I have to wait. On my tama, when I say to go to work, it goes to the preschool. I thought I was supposed to go the the elementary school now..... Is this normal?

It's normal. You're just in pre-school, so just go to the little pre-school on Tamatown, and you should be able to enter. But its getting very close to the age where you go to School. Good Luck!

It is not a glitch. After your tamagotchi is an teenager, it stays in pre school for another hour before going to elementary school.
