fake or real that is the question

yeah it was from hong kong its orange with a blue roof and buttons with coulored paint splashes in the design and a memetchi on the left and a mametchi on the right and i have never seen this design before so is it real or not?

Looks like THIS, yes? If the packaging (if you have it) has the Bandai logo on it and especially if the Tamagotchi unit itself says Bandai on the back with the copyright symbol and all, it's a genuine Bandai Tamagotchi product.

Yeah it does cheers ! Lot of worry off my mind! But in the pic the package is yellow whereas my packaging is green?!

I don't think it matters. What I've said still stands. If your packaging has the Bandai logo on it and if your Tamagotchi has the word "Bandai," copyright symbol, date, all that stuff, stamped on the back of the unit, it's not fake.
