That is strange... you normally need your tamas to be evolved into adults for 48hrs (2 whole days) before they can visit the dating show.
Things to check:
Is it definitely an adult? (check a V5 character chart if necessary)
Has it definitely been 3 whole days (or at least 48hrs)?
Is it a normal adult - or is it a petite or large adult? That might be stopping you using the dating show - (this is just a guess)
