I also love Wismur (if that's wrong, please forgive me, it's been years since I played a Pokemon game with one in it), simply because of a particular memory my cousin and I shared on our first camping trip. I had a Pokedex book and we read Wismur's and just laughed. It said something similar to;

"This Pokemon is scared easily, so when it is attacked, it begins to scream. Upon hearing its own scream it becomes even more terrified and screams louder.. And so on."
