Food that influences Skill Points

I recently got the secret character Makiko by feeding her a ton of donuts, because they raise +2 or 3 art/fashion points. It's also a quick-ish way to raise skill points.

 

I was dissapointed when I got her though, because I thought I'd get Nonbiritchi. Haha, what a surprise.

When Apple [my Makiko] has her baby, I'm going to try to get a Nonbiritchi. I'd really like to do it the same way though, by feeding him food to raise skill points.

 

So, does anyone know the other foods that raise intelligence/ social skills by a couple of points?
