I've noticed that a lot of people have been asking the same thing "What are universal characters",

universal characters are characters that don't belong in any family.

Thay are:

Teen: Obotchi, Ojyotchi, Hawainotchi and Hawaikotchi.

Adult: Gozarutchi, Masktchi, Pyonchitchi, Pyonkotchi, Debatchi and Hanatchi.
