in tamagotchi entama, when i go one generation higher, do i lose my items???

I would imagine it would be the same as a normal Tamagotchi- Yes, you would be able to keep them. And if it is the same you'll also get to keep your Gotchi Points aswell.

On the EnTama, the child inherits everything except the parent's GUTS Points (skill points.)

That is because you pause your tamagotchi. Make sure it is not paused for a full 24 hours.

it is an entama so it takes 2 days to evolve into a teen (i have waited 2 days) and i do not pause it, i think pausing is useless (entama can't pause)

16-99 / Senior

An EnTama is effectively paused while on its TamaTown (e-tamago) login password screen. Depending on how often you go on e-tamago this may delay its aging by a few minutes per day.

If you want to pause it for a long time, go to its clock set screen.
