I think Gozarutchis are great.
You get them if you have let the happy & hungry hearts empty out a little too often, but hey - if you like the character - then he's good isn't he?!

Well, TamaMum is mostly right, but technically you get Gozarutchi by letting your Tama get overweight, have no discipline, and have the happy/hungry hearts nearly always empty. Technically, it's the worst.
