How do you get a hanatchi (the seal)

On V1, you can go to Tamagotchi Square and then scroll down to see Hanatchi. Also, read the Indepth Raising Info if you want to know more on that. On V2 and V3, I don't know.

I took mostly very good care of mine except for a couple times, kept it's weight down very low and connected it lots. It was a first gen.
