Has anyone ever bought a fake?

I was just wondering, has anyone ever bought a fake? I know they're not official Tamagotchis, but are they still fun to play with anyway? Do they actually WORK?

mine was fake!!

it functioned LIKE A REAL ONE (but with no connectivity to real tamagotchis)

then it broke and got a new one from toys r us

A friend went to spain once, and brought me backa tamagotchi she thought to be genuine, it wasn't. It was fake. It was built exactly like a tamagotchi, it even had a mametchi and kuchipatchi character! But no bandai logo. h34r:

I love fakes!

Some are funny,like the Scholastic one. It has Memetchi and Masktchi on it! I now have a babytchi fake on there.

I also have one that keeps on playing "Happy Birthday to you" when you start it. I got it from Rite Aid. I hate that fake!

I also have a fake,with a virtural pet named Lovey.

She is cute and looks like a My Little Pony Bushwoolie.

My sister,Toonygirl,wants Honey Lovers for Christmas!
