w4ell. i don't have a music star yet.

but i went on to music city,made an account, and started playing. but when i get to the first spot and try to go anywhere else, it wont let me( when it has the three tamas playing, it doesn't show the load progress)

Are you saying that once you get in The city you can't move? If so, you move by clicking where you want to go to. If that is not the problem, I don't really know what you are saying...

i can move....for instance, when i try and go to the apartments, the load screen appears, but the numbers arent there, like 90%

Oh, it only does that when you are actually going on to Music City. It does it sometimes when going into apartments, but not very much and it does not do it anywhere else. There is nothing to worry about !
