Help! But not urgent....

Since i became a member, I noticed the Karma bar under every members name and info, but what is it for? I've read various posts about it, and still, I don't understand it. Can anyone help? h34r: <_<

In short, if you are being a good member who is contributing positively then your Karma will go up (green bars) and if you are misbehaving then your Karma will go down (yellow or red bars). This is controlled by the TamaGuides.
