Give your tamagotchi some medicine and then feed it some snacks and a meal. This skill appears on their head when you don't take care of your tamagotchi for a whole day or less.

It means your tamagotchi is ill. Use the medicine to make it better!

Also another way to see if your tama is sick is a tooth. The skull black thing means your tama is dying from hunger and is not happy. The tooth means you fed it too many snacks and meals(a cavity.)
