If she's a shelltchi, then it kind of looks like she is crying, or it could be crying because she doesn't like it. What did you give her?

I only have two meals in my menu, looks like a cookie kanas the form: rameboshigohan is one that makes her cry.

You have a Tamagotchi-iD (or Tamagotchi-iD L), correct? If so, then this is normal. Only the younger characters (baby, etc.) enjoy the meals you feed them at home. Older characters (adults) don't like your cooking, and would rather go out to the cafe or restaurant to eat.

As Binary said ;P, it always irks me when the adults freak out if you feed them homemade food though, what? I can't cook? is it really that bad?....

It doesn't like eating the plum rice from your house for the iD L but some happy items can be from a ancestor (e.g Kuromametchi likes Mametchi's homecooked meal at TamaTomo Meal this might be correct since I had Kuromametchi and he got a happy symbol from TamaTomo Meal.) This is also same on the iD. The adults do not like the meal food that is avalible at your house.

You can grow food outside with the seeds. Some are Food, some are snacks... Others are toys...
