help needed! tama-go major problem!

hey everyone I have been meaning to post about this for months I was playing with my new black tama-go and I walk away to get a drink and then all of a sudden I came back to play with it and I saw that a whole line of pixels died it is really strange here is a photo to show you

sorry the photo is side ways my iphone stuffed itslef up so if you look carefully you can see the whole line of pixels are gone

so do you guys know or have anyidea how to fix it or how this happens??

there maybe a connection problem between the screen and the chip inside the tama

my v5 did the same thing and thats how i fixed it.

open it up and check it if your not worried about it breaking.

Was the light bright or were you outside? Derect sunlight or brigt lights is a no-no.

Yeah, try opening it up and screwing all the screws tighter. It happened to me on my Music Star, and I screwed the screws tighter and it fixed it.

Lol,I can exactly relate to you,Violetchi.So yeah.You'd want to take it apart and check for dust and stuff.Also no TAMAGOS only (bummer) in sunlight.
