ive been trying to make my own poll post but it doesnt work!!!!! it always says list one answer on its own line so i do but then when i click add post it says a poll has more than one answer and i dont know waht to do so please someone help!

Well, when you go to a poll, it normally does have more than one answer! But since you say you have put more than one then...
Follow the instructions carefully, it is annoying but be careful on what lines you put it on.Go through it, you might of made a silly mistake!

first, add one answer on one line, then skip to another line and add one more answer on a line, put ea. answer on a different line, do about 5 and see what happens.
