HELP pretty please :) my v4 shop codes being wierd

So, I entered the pen code, the steak code, the clone code, the cd3 code, and you know, all the codes. Well, When i was done, I got the CD3 instead of my phone. And when I go to my items, it's not letting me use the items, was i suppose to pay first?? (DONT HAVE 15,000GP TO GET THE PEN!) Anyway, for the clone code, I got the cell phone, and I also went to my items to use it, and it's not working. Please dont tell me I have to buy the stuff first!!!

EDIT: and I am confused of why the things went into my items if i cant use them.. how do i get rid of them?!
