Help! V4 and V3 not connecting!

Help! My V4 baby and my V3 adult aren't connecting! I select "Others" but V4 keeps saying "FAIL"! Is it broken?! It's new! HELP!

If there is a lot of sunlight/light shining on them, they probably won't connect - sometimes it only takes a bit of light for it to not work.

Check your fingers/thumbs arn't covering the infra-red area either.

Oops, i also just noticed - your trying to connect a baby. Babies won't connect until they're toddlers, so you'll have to wait a couple more hours!

No problem I had the very same problem with my v1 Tamagotchi when i first got it! It took me ages to realise!

Yes, Hallie is right. Sunlight or light affects connecting.

But you can connect a baby, I have before!!

Really? Is that on v4? I'm new to v4, so i'm not too sure about what you can do on it.

If it wasn't on a v4, then that probably was a glitch, babytchi arn't meant to connect, but what an interesting glitch!
