Help with Grandparetns and a password.

On my last generation I got a password to enter in TamaTown to my parents and I got a Cell Phone. Now I have another parent and that password works too but I can't get the Cell Phone, my tama just says 'Error'.

And I don't have a Grandparents password, the old parent password doesn't work and when I go to 'Parents' in my tama it only shows my the newest parent, not the other one.

Why is it like this, and can anyone help me with it?

1st problem. maybe a differant username for each thing?

No, I use the same password. What do you mean by different passwords?

you get a different password for each parent

Yeah, I know but I can't use the parent password in the grandparents house and I didn't get another password..
