Is your tamagotchi an adult? you have to wait until your tamagotchi is an adult to use the cellphone,hope i helped.

Well, you have to be an adult to use it. These are some thing you can use with it-

1. You can just use it.

2. You can call your previous teachers.

3. You can call your parents and grandparents.

4. If you have a cell and your friend has a phone, and you connect, they can call each other on it when you connect, and they can talk to each other.
