can some one help me i got the book icon when i frist got my tamagotchi befor it finshed at school can any one tell me if you can get at all

i donated 20000gotchi points 2 the king.i visited tama town and he keeps giving me a sceptre and wen i log out he just says the same thing before i donated 20000.how do i get all the gifts from him??
