Do you mean these:

Well all you have to do is: (If you're using fast reply: click on 'Show Smilies Pop Up Window' click on that and all them will come up. It might take a second to load though!
If you're using normal reply: there is a box (next to the place you type your text into) with all the smilies. And underneath that there is 'Show All' Click that to get them all up!
