THat guys very rare!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ive only gotten him once, I think ure supposed to keep it's weight in the eightys for when it evolves.

I don't think so. I got a pochitchi. You have to take average care of it. Means sometimes let yout teen drop to 2 hearts and then nurse it back to full. Not easy.
