we got tama ver 3 and we need grand parent and parent pw on tamatown pw

you'll hvae to wait until your 2nd and 3rd gens. After that, go to the little book icon (4th on bottom) scroll down to family, then select parent. If you are on the 3rd gen or higher, you should be able to press A again and see your grandparent. Beware though; the parent and grandparents list has a tendancy to go away if you look to much.

Do you mean you won't be able to see the Parent & GrandParent entries at all (no picture, no name, etc), or that the pictures and names will be there, but you won't get Parent & GrandParent passwords?
