I got a Billotchi and I want to now if it is a sign of good care or bad care...

It was a Tamatchi when a toodler and a Obotchi when teen.

That Depends. Do you have it with you all the time and check on it every few minutes? Or do you take Average Care? Or do you neglect it sometimes? I am not sure, but if you answer my question, I will be able to answer yours.
