!!!! i donated 5000 and got the password this time i wrote the password down then put it on tama town then it gave me the pass to put on my tama then i put the pass in my tama the ring appereed in the pressent then i looked in sovenirs to see it and it wasnt there am i messing something??!!

have you looked through the whole of your souvenir menu as they are listed in number order.

when you go to the souvenir menu- the passport will be number 1, but you need to keep pressing the A button until you get to number 15.

Are you sure you looked through all of your Souveniers? You probably were scrolling through them so fast, you passed right by it! Try looking again.
