hi, i'm new to tamagotchi.Its my 1st time.i understand that i need to go to shop den press A 3 times to key in code. But no matter how many times i try... the shop keeper only remain at the shock face. Its it my tama toy is spoiled? or i nid to do something to activate it? By the way, my tama is 4 yr old an adult. thanks for ani help given in advance.

it is supposed to have the shocked face and then you type the code and you can just ignore it and you should get the item and make sure the item you want least is at the end becouse it will be replaced with a costume and then you have to buy it. hope this helps

The secret code thing with the shop keeper is for codes, like the secret one in the instruction manual. You enter passwords in the Password option when you go to the games section. Hope I helped!
