if you want to move it you have to pres the little arrow button.im new to ths site and tamas but if you read the Admin's help guide you could get the answers to some of your questions about how the site works <_<

Well if you see spam you should tell them not to do it again. If its in wrong place like if there was a topic called how to debug your tama in like fun stuff tell a tamatalk guild to move it.
