Actually,it is in the right section,anyways V3's already came out in Febuary and there the same price as v2s,$14.99.in UK,comes out in march.

not really. i mean where cuz the US [california for me] target says 'they are coming in march' so i dont know WHERE you mean when you say its out.

cuz its been out for a looooong time.. in japan! [or at least i think]

and id think that target wouldnt not stock on something thats already selling.. makes no sense to wait a month longer..

and i AM eccentric.. so now IM asking a question..

doesnt that have equal priority as others?

and v2s were 16.49 at target..

so if you say they are out you had better of actually bought or seen one at a store.
