I guess it depends if you are totally sure that your neighbour stole it (and you didin't just lose it somewhere in your house) and you have proof that they are keeping it for themselves?

Do what most of us would do:

Ask for it back? If that doesn't work...

Ask your mum to ask for it back?

If it's broken when you get it back, that's bad luck... but again, you could do what most of us would do:

Try to fix it? If that doesn't work...

Save your money and buy a new V4.5

Uh she played with it i did laundry and then she stole it when im not here. i DONT lose my stuff.
