You can't make it evolve. It will evolve when it's ready.

I don't think you can make your tama evolve quicker (unless it is debugged and in hyperspeed). It takes an hour for the baby to evolve into a toddler, then 24 hours to become a teen and then another approx 72 hours before it becomes an adult.

Its impossible to help your tama grow up quicker.... but if you pause it then it will grow up slower.... ^_^
