how come my tama won't grow older?

my tama is three years and hasn't grew older does any one know why?

pausing makes growth stop.you may have paused waay to much.

When did it stop growing? Baby, kid, teen? Anyway, if you pause it alot then that would be why. Oh! And is does get older every day, but it will be a baby for like 10 min. then a kid for a day or 2, and then a teen for 3 to 4 days.
