Try to get a Tsubutchi(Boy) then try to get a Petitchi or a Harutchi(better on harutchi), take good care of it until it turns into a young mametchi or a young androtchi, raise up its intellectual skill points about 100 or so with the arts and social skill points at about 50 and remember to not neglect it.
