how do i get a universal adult...

i have a v4.5 and i want to get a special adults i have 300 iq points on everyone and it is an ura mametchi as teen sand 2 years old so please help me out here.

the universal adults are the ones if you havent looked after them very well.

the special adults is when the skill points are really high in one particular skill.
