If you look at the shop and see a ticket you can buy it then,

but somethimes they cost Alot of money so you can wait until there is a sale in you shop and you might see a ticket there half price!

Or you can just play lots of games to save up

You can find tickets in the shop. Tickets can be different prices. Tickets don't come often so DO NOT wait for a sale. That has only happened to me once. I wouldn't try. If you see a ticket I suggest you buy them quick before the shop refills.The ticket look like rectangles with pictures on them.
