how do i do animations? i can't use photoshop.

First make the images on Paint, then you can go to the Iconator Animator. I use this to animate all my graphics

Or use flash or imageready...I think you have to pay for them though.

I know of a program we use at school called promotion we make little animations on it it's cool.
