You know when your tamagotchi is a teen when it has evovled to its Third Stage.

There are 4/5 Stages of Tamagotchi Life.

Baby => Toddler => Teenager => Adult => Oldie

You only get an Oldie if you declined the request from the Matchmaker.

So if your Tamagotchi evolved to its third stage then,Yes it is a Teen.
