How do you get a boy tamagotchi? or a girl?

I think that u cant choose whether its a girl or a boy so if u got a girl and wanted a boy than reset it until u get a boy

...if you have a girl and the matchmaker comes, to see the offered mate, press B...

...if you have a boy and the matchmaker comes, to see the offered mate, press A...

...if you want a girl, switch the boy and girl thing around. B for opposite gender, A for not opposite gender

you reset with a little hole in the back that has a reset button. Use a ball point pen or a pencil or something along those lines.

You press the hole on the back of the Tamagotchi with a toothpick, or something similar. Don't press too hard, though.

You press a for girl and c for boy.I think b is for any.
